P3 about banner
We're Small Business Super Heroes.

We exist to help small businesses grow.

Our Story

Founded in 2009, P3 Global is where small, independent retailers come to buy awesome impulse products they can easily resell– driving their small business sales and profits. Like many of the customers we serve, we’re a family-run company, with 3 brothers at the helm. Hence, “P3.” (And here you were probably guessing some fancy marketing acronym?)

Years ago, we started on an entrepreneurial journey with a passion for consumer products, people, and retail. We loved getting our hands dirty, and we built skills in Ecommerce, Sourcing, New Product & Retail Program Development, and Merchandising & Package Design.

After we began distributing our flagship line of Smartcell mobile tech accessories, we came to a simple observation:

In the face of Big Business and threats of competition online, small retail business owners across the US were constantly looking for ways to make their business grow. And, they wanted to be helped.

That felt like a modern-day David versus Goliath story to us, and we wanted to help the little guy (or gal) win.

We enjoy operating differently than most other product suppliers, distributors, and wholesalers. We choose to focus on small business owners, because together, we are the backbone of the US economy.

We believe it’s time to humanize how business gets done. It’s time to treat customers like people, and not numbers on a spreadsheet. And it’s time to build a community of fellow entrepreneurs where we share our experiences, learn from each other, and help each other reach our collective business goals.

Welcome to P3.

What Makes Us Tick

P3 Global is an impulse-products company focused on one mission — to provide small retail clients with exciting impulse products that helps them maximize sales & profits. Our products and solutions help clients turn underutilized store space into money-making machines. We specialize in a wide variety of product categories such as food and beverage, tools and hardware, health and beauty, novelty and toys, and consumer electronics.

Over the years, we’ve developed a proprietary, proven process, where we:

  • Shine a spotlight on poor-performing areas within a retail setting
  • Identify unique, high demand impulse products with broad appeal
  • Competitively source and price items to maximize the pricing relationship between supply and demand
  • Build better merchandising and promotion
  • Leverage technology that supports streamlined logistics, operations, and customer support

All of these efforts result in proven sales increases for our small retail customers and help us build meaningful relationships with them.

We exist to help people optimize. We’re driven by our passion for identifying problems our customers never knew existed, and we thrive on finding solutions that work.

Our energy also comes from the customers that we serve– small business owners across the US. As a family-run, small business ourselves, we always believe the underdog has a fighting chance, and are proud to be supporting our entrepreneurial community. As P3 team members, we only feel fulfilled if we help our customers win.

We provide product solutions to well-known Franchises (such as Ace Hardware, The UPS Store, County Market Grocers, and Marriott Hotels, etc.), as well as independently owned gas stations, car washes, grocery stores, hardware stores, independent pharmacies, liquor stores, sundry & souvenir shops, and other specialty retail. We are proud of our distributor and wholesale relationships that lead us into hundreds of locations in regional areas as well.

Founded in 2009 by three brothers, P3 Global is still a family-run business today. We’re especially thankful to work alongside other family-led small businesses across the various industries that we serve.

Our warehouse and corporate headquarters are based in the Chicagoland area, in the beautiful midwest.

Our Collective Values
The underdog always has a fighting chance.

Author Malcolm Gladwell once said, “The fact of being an underdog changes people in ways that we often fail to appreciate. It opens doors and creates opportunities and enlightens and permits things that might otherwise have seemed unthinkable.”

We’ve seen it hundreds of times. J.K. Rowling’s struggle to get her first “Harry Potter” novel published after drafting her initial ideas on a napkin. Walt Disney’s endured failures and bankruptcies. But no matter how many times it happens, we can’t help but to celebrate when the underdog prevails.

At P3 Global, we believe the underdog always has a fighting chance. Sure, small retailers and family-owned businesses are seen as the underdog. But just like Gladwell says, being the underdog creates opportunities to succeed that seemingly no one ever dreams of.

Look, we get it — because at P3, we are the underdog. Us underdogs usually have an everlasting feeling of defeat in the business world. There’s an eternal fear of losing because we think we’ll never be able to compete with the largest brands and corporations.

We believe that needs to change. Yes, we may be underdogs. But that doesn’t mean we don’t deserve all the same opportunities as huge chains to be profitable and successful. And when underdogs team up, the balance of power shifts.

We’re here to help our clients realize that. That’s why it’s our mission to join forces with our fellow underdog clients — because together, we can prevail.

Business is a team sport.

The camaraderie teammates build together is unlike any other. No matter what happens out there on the field, teammates always have each other’s backs.

Teammates help one another learn and grow. They help each other get stronger and capitalize on opportunities that lead to success. Your teammates will give it to you straight when you make a mistake, but then help you solve your problems. Teammates trust each other no matter what.

At P3 Global, we believe business is a team sport. Not just because we’re a family-owned business that runs as a team, and not just because our clientele includes other family-owned businesses that run as teams.

But also because we work tirelessly to establish teammate-like relationships with our clients. We care deeply about them as human beings. And we want them to know they can trust us like teammates to act with their best interest in mind.

At the end of the day, P3 is built on camaraderie — camaraderie with our clients, sellers, buyers, products — everyone. That’s why we always strive to grow our team — because it’s the strongest force we have in this world.

And when our clients see us as teammates, we can help them live up to their potential in ways they never thought possible. It allows us to be up front with them about the problems clouding their business, but also work together with them to find effective solutions. It allows us to have their backs in times of high stress and pain.

When we tackle business as a team, everyone wins.

We make lines in the lawn.

If you’ve ever mowed the lawn, you know it’s tedious enough as is. You don’t want to double your efforts, so you have to figure out where you’ve already mowed.

You don’t mow in an arbitrary pattern. Instead, you follow the lines that begin to appear in the lawn where you’ve already mowed. You always follow the lines.

The lines help you make sharp turns and go around tight corners. They help you optimize your efforts and maximize your efficiency. They help you minimize wasted space and missed opportunities. You always follow the lines.

At P3 Global, we make lines in the lawn. We help small retailers and family-owned businesses grow their retail sales by identifying gaps in their product assortments. Our omnichannel sales experience, merchandising expertise, and product selection guides our customers to discover their hidden profit potential.

We’re driven by our passion for identifying problems our customers never knew existed, and we thrive on finding solutions that work. We see opportunities no one else does, and are thrilled to meticulously hunt for dollars that our customers might be leaving on the table.

We take the time necessary to make sense of all the chaos surrounding our customers’ operations and carve out lines that lead to increased success. All you have to do is follow ‘em.

You may not know what you don't know, and that's perfectly OK.

A consistent hurdle business owners describe is when you don’t know what you don’t know.

We realize there are tons of small retailers and family-owned businesses out there who want to do bigger, better things with their companies. We know they’re willing to look at new avenues and ways of doing things. The issue is that more often than not, they aren’t sure where to even begin because they just don’t know what they don’t know.

At P3 Global, we believe you may not know what you don’t know, and that’s perfectly OK. That’s where we come in.

Our job is to stay ahead of the curve. We keep an eye on the latest trends and products that will make a dent in retail. We then work with each of our clients to find the right solutions that fit within their specific stores.

Even if you don’t see space, we do. We can carve out a hole that may be right in front of your eyes, but you’ve just never seen it as a place for this unique opportunity to generate more profit.
We get it. This stuff is difficult to wrap your head around. It’s a big, complex, ever-changing world and sometimes it’s tough to keep up.

So let us keep up to date for you. We’re at the forefront of new products that people want and things they need. Let us be in charge of keeping track of what the marketplace has an appetite for.

When you join the P3 team, we’ll take care of all the stuff you don’t know. You just have to focus on what you do best.

Marc is our hero.

Meet Marc.

Marc, the head of Audi design, is the guy who designed the center console in the new A5. We like Marc. Marc is our hero.

See how beautifully ergonomic the console is? There’s the perfect spot for your coffee. The perfect spot for your charger. A cubby that’s miraculously the exact width of your phone.

No underutilized space. Nothing left to chance. Every detail fully thought through. An immaculately-executed use of space that maximizes your car’s efficiency. It’s perfect.

The best part? Marc thought ahead. He included things we didn’t even know we needed, but they make our lives better. He took advantage of an opportunity nobody else knew existed.

Marc is our hero at P3 Global because we are Marc.

You see, our expertise and solutions-oriented approach help our clients capitalize on underutilized space and maximize efficiency. We help our clients realize opportunities and take advantage of them so they can live up to their potential.

Sometimes our clients don’t even realize there are problems within their businesses. They don’t understand they’re leaving money on the table when there’s underutilized space throughout their stores. When that’s the case, we’re the ones to call.

We’ll hook you up with products and accompanying displays you never knew you needed in your stores. But as soon as you have them, you’ll see an uptick in profits.

When it comes down to it, we see growth as the only measure of success. Growth in terms of products offered, repeat customers and profit. And if we’re not helping our clients grow, we’re not succeeding.

That’s why we always ask ourselves, “what would Marc do?” When we channel Marc, we’ll always help you grow and achieve what you’re capable of.

So get ready to shift your business to the fast lane. We’ve got your back.
